Super easy to put together. Instructions are very clear. Not a lot of parts. Couch is very comfortable, cushions are in fact thick. Couple things I wish were changed I wish the back cushions had ties like the seat ones do, I fear they will blow away during a storm. The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. The chairs come 4 pieces that require 10 nuts. The covers zipper onto the rails for security and def won’t sag or fly off the furniture.
