This bed frame is great and looks to be made of nice material. The directions completely miss a few steps (putting the actual headboard piece onto the support posts), so I ended up having to undo some parts and redo them. I still couldn't get the headboard fabric piece to align exactly with the side posts. Assembly took around an hour. Also, the wrench that is provided is too big for the space the bolts are supposed to go, so it was very difficult to tighten everything properly. The bed does look exactly like the photos and the materials seem durable. I don't love that the support pieces underneath the bed are unfinished cheap wood, but that's pretty common. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. I ordered the queen size in espresso. I was able to build this by myself in under 2 hours. I just put the Golden Girls on the tv and started building! The socket wrench was a blessing. I have a drill but I didn’t need it. The instructions were easy to follow. I took the suggestion of another reviewer and placed the nonskid pads on the legs before assembly. Makes a big difference. I ordered this bed to go with my headboard (also from Wayfair) and it is a perfect color match! However, there are no holes in the bed in order to connect them. No big deal to me, I'll just zip tie them if I have to. So far there have been no issues with sturdiness. The height description is accurate. I wish there had been a 14 inch height option. The top of my mattress sits at about 28 inches from the ground so I feel like I'm a little too high up, but I will get used to it.
