I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. The upper arm doesn’t screw tightly at first, but I realized it’s actually designed to remain loose. Once I understood that, it worked perfectly. I did try to call the “24/7” hotline about the loose upper arm, but both phone numbers were inactive. The QR code for the training video also didn’t link to this product—it redirected to a completely different one. Overall, the product itself gets 5/5, but customer service gets 0/5.. Anonymous. NPT (Tapered) for a perfect, water-tight fit. The 8 in. rain shower head is made of chrome plated ABS, rated at 1.8 GPM with a removable water saver. The rubber nubbins (spray outlet holes) are made of high-grade soft rubber that will allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up. Easy to install, simply unscrew the old shower arm, apply included Polytetrafluoroethylene tape, and screw in the new shower arm, then screw on the shower head and you are finished, no special tools or experience needed.
