Was pleasantly surprised at the quality, fabric feels softer and natural, which was important to me since we have an 18 month old baby. Quality is much higher relative to price point. I was able to assemble it myself , while baby was "helping" me, instructions were pretty straightforward and it took me about an hour, no breaking sweat. It's comfortable, but not cushiony. It seems like it's going to keep its shape over time better than other, more billowy, couches. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality. Really happy with this sofa! It was easy to put together since there weren't a lot of assembly steps. The sofa shipped in three separate boxes, which means it's easy to get through doorways. The only thing I'd mention is that you have to push the connectors between the sections together pretty hard to get them to lock in place, and that wasn't very clear in the instructions. The couch looks great in person and has a nice modern style. The cushions are a little on the firm side, but they're still very comfortable and supportive. I was pleasantly surprised by this sofa. The fabric is much softer than I expected, and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. It has a modern, low-profile design, but the seat height is still comfortable enough to get in and out of easily. It’s firm without feeling stiff and looks much more expensive than it is. My only complaint is the way the sections connect during assembly. The back and base pieces slide together nicely, but the connectors that hold the individual sections together don’t feel especially secure. I worry that if we ever lift the sofa to move it, the sections could come apart. Once it’s in place it’s been fine, but I wish that part of the design felt more solid. Sofa was delivered faster than expected! No missing or damaged parts. Although instructions were mostly pictures, they were easy to follow. I built it myself and took about an 1.5h. The back cushions are a bit flat, the seat cushions are thick and firm. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain. Works for its purpose for now but don’t expect it to be durable in the long run. I love the color and am happy with the purchase! (the plastic on the sofa is to protect from my cats scratching). I absolutely LOVE my new couch, however the delivery was not a love. After waiting all day for my piece to arrive, 3 movers got the huge box up to my apartment (I was moving furniture for them to get this box through the entrance to the living room) and after knocking into things, they put the HUGE box down & started to walk out. I said, wait, aren’t you suppose to unpack this HUG box & take it away? Answer, “no it’s just a drop off service. the box is your responsibility!” As a single woman living alone I was so upset! After over an hour just trying to open this HUGE box I was finally able to unload. I wish it was made clearer that the unloading would be my responsibility, I spent a lot to get the couch of my dreams but very unsatisfied with the delivery service that was definitely lacking!
