Is that when shipping we were missing apart for that electronics specifically for it to light up we’re getting it shipped so that’s nice of the company, but it sucks that we didn’t have it. However, the set up was straightforward took a little bit of time but all in all we got through. It is a fair product and I think the quality on it is top notch. Looks good overall, but a couple downsides. One is that when sitting up watching TV or reading, your head leans against the sharp corners of the headboard which is quite uncomfortable. I read reviews and was pretty intimidated when I started building, but everything went well. I had all of the correct parts, and I found the directions clear. Despite having a few issues with the order, overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The bed arrived with a broken front light cable and one of the front boards was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and they helped resolve the issue in less than two days. We glued the damaged board and repaired the light cable ourselves so the lights would work properly. In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. Amazing, sturdy, handsome little bed frame. It's definitely a two person job. Putting on the light strip was a bit tedious, we needed to drill pilot holes. But it came together beautifully and is really a lovely piece of furniture once it's all together. My little boy loves it. It has a couple of cloth drawers, and electronic plugins for all the things. Daughter loves her bed! It seems pretty sturdy. The negatives for me are the side opposite of the desk is unfinished, it just has black backing on the side so it limits where the bed can be placed from an aesthetic perspective it basically has to be in a corner if you don’t want to see the black backing side. You definitely need two people to put this together as it is cumbersome and 1 person alone can’t hold pieces where they need to be wrenched into place as it is slightly elevated.. Ashley.
