I reported the damage to Wayfair online, and had an online chat with a Wayfair customer service rep. He offered me a generous partial refund for the loveseat with the damage. I'm still giving this product 5 stars, because I don't think my livingroom has ever looked better than it looks right now with these beautiful loveseats! I was able to assemble them myself, with no help, and I'm a small 70 year old woman. Stuffing the cushions was a little bit of a challenge, but here's the finished product. I am very pleased with this 3 piece set! I bought it to replace a 23 year old black set in my family room and the brown is a nice change and goes better in my decor.
