Review of extra long Bar cabinet. This unit is very sturdy, easy to assemble but need 2 people. Directions are easy to follow. My Allavino dual zone 24'Dx24"Wx34"H unit fit perfectly! My fridge is black so it looks even better than SS. Drawers open and close smoothly. I chose not to use the grid bc I had the fridge, and used the space for additional glass storage. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile but just haven't gotten around to it. First I'll say what I love about this piece - the storage is great! I'm using this as a coffee station and it works perfectly for that. The pull out rack works well for our regular and travel mugs. The left side cabinet works well for holding coffee filters, bagged coffee and lots of extras. I used the center cabinet for all of our oversized water bottles that I never had a place for. Now for the negatives. I'll start by saying I was hesitant at first to buy this because there were no reviews. But the size was perfect and the storage options were what I was looking for so I took a chance. The assembly instructions were atrocious. Several things were mislabeled in the instructions when compared to the labels on the actual parts. There were a couple small areas that had some damage despite being packed very well. However they were on the inside of the cabinet so I didn't bother asking for replacement pieces. On the left side of the cabinet they have you assemble it so the cam locks are visible which is not attractive at all. I luckily caught it and flipped the shelves so they were on the bottom side and not visible. If you have common sense, you'll be able to build it even with the errors in the instructions. I received the kitchen island with extendable dining table which had a few challenges during assembly. One of the board was not milled with the cut outs to fit the other piece together. I contacted customer service and they contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent the correct piece which took about a week to receive. During assembly, there were some areas where the pre-made holes for the screws were not lined up and required some drilling to correct. Once the island was assembled, it looked great and was sturdy. Behind the two doors is an adjustable shelf with ample storage and the drawer is wide and roomy. There is a towel rack at the end of the island and the extendable table pulls out easily and provides enough room for two adults to sit. I love the fluted wood design and the gold fixtures stands out nicely from the white. I loved the look of this cabinet/table when I saw it. It was just what I was looking for; a table that converts into a small cabinet when not needed as a table. There were no reviews which made me nervous initially to make the purchase but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The table came in two boxes and was very well packaged. I was very impressed as I unboxed it and laid out the parts. Everything was well labeled and all pieces were present along with extras. It took my husband and I a little over 6 hours to assemble it. I would have easily given it 5 stars except for a few cons to this beautifully designed cabinet/table. Cons: It comes with lighting in the glassed storage shelving and electrical outlet on the side of the cabinet. These were not necessary. They ended up making the unit messy with cords and cables. I'm using it as a desk so you rarely see or need the cabinet lighting. The lighting is also powered by plugging it into the USB port on the desk. It's just not necessary. Secondly, the unit sits very flush to the floor. It was probably not intended to be on an area rug like I have it so I can't put it flush to the wall and the shelf drawer drags when I open it to access the inside. The quality of this table is really good. The pieces are solid and it is really heavy. Im still assembling, but am happy with the quality so far. The color is also very nice, but I do wish that it came in white. Ill update the photos once I finish assembly. I love the kitchen island. It was missing a small piece of hardware that went on the shelf. I contacted Wayfair to get the tiny piece, but they had to ship me an entire new island and told me to take out the part I needed and they would pick up what I didn't need.
