Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. Beautiful couch. Unfortunately, it appears to be defective or perhaps damaged by the delivery guys because I can’t get it to fold out despite trying every possible angle using all of my strength. There’s also a 4” gap behind the backrest where you can see down into the couch, leaving the frame and mattress visible. I must’ve gotten a lemon. We purchased 2 of the blue ones. I do not recommend. One box was missing hardware and we had to purchase additional hardware (65.00) to complete the couches. Both couches the base and the bottom of the couch did not line up so we had to make it work with additional hardware there too. The zipper split when putting the cushions in.
