The bed is a nice bed, actually built well. The reason I gave it a 4 star is (1) the blue design around the bottom of the bed is deceiving. It is not like that in the picture. There are LED lights that go around the top of the wave, that is what I call it, but it does not shine like that. It just lights up the floor. You don't even see the wave as blue. (2) After it was put together I could not lower the lift frame at all to be able to put on the mattress. I messaged the help line, they were good but wanted me to send a bunch of videos. We managed to get the mattress on top of the lift as it was up in the air and then pulled down, hard and it went down. Quite a struggle but it worked. All in all we are happy with the bed. I just set this bed up and I’m happy with it so far. The height of the bed is perfect due to the slope in my ceiling to the wall, and it looks well-proportioned in the room. The upholstered headboard looks great in person and gives the space a clean, elevated feel. Assembly was straightforward and everything lined up as it should. Once assembled, the bed feels very solid and stable with no creaking or movement. The upholstery fabric is soft to the touch, but it is on the thinner side, which I actually don’t mind since it still looks smooth and tailored. The frame itself feels sturdy and well constructed. The only issue I had is that my order did not include the charging station that was listed. I’ve reached out to customer service about the missing piece, but even without it, I’m very satisfied with the bed overall. Beautiful bed frame! Love the velcro lights that way I can adjust the location of them and not the sticky ones where I will mess up the first time. Took a while to assemble but Im impressed. I would definitely like to say you should order extra parts because ones its over the warranty period they will say too much time has passed and it can no longer be warrantied it happened with a last bed frame I got.
