NanoNond presents an entirely new category of clean cooking, stick-resistant cookware. Instead of formulating a new coating, we made the cookware itself better, stronger, safer, and easier to clean. When you are cooking with NanoBond, you are cooking with pure flavor. No residue, no flaking, and no compromises. For groundbreaking innovations in cookware, equip the kitchen with a NanoBond 14" Wok with Lid. This large, high-heat tolerant resistant wok is designed for greater heat conduction for the perfect stir-fry, wok cooking, sautéing, and deep-frying. Hestan's innovative cookware technology, molecular titanium, bonds thousands of titanium nano-layers to the 18/10 stainless steel construction, creating a brilliantly resilient cooking surface 4X harder than typical stainless steel, making it resistant to scratching, staining, and salt pitting. This 100% nonreactive wok is fitted with ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip when cooking and serving culinary creations. The high dome lid allows this versatile wok to be used for steaming, braising, and roasting a whole chicken. High heat and oven-safe to a scorching 1050°F, this Italian handcrafted wok offers a lifetime of durability for culinary perfection.

Let’s be honest, the most undesirable part of the cooking process is the cleanup. With the Black Cube™ Quick Release, this annoyance is a thing of the past, thanks to an award-winning cooking surface aptly named Quick Release: It features a stainless steel pattern of small pixels that are raised above a recessed layer of high-quality PFOA-free nonstick coating, thereby combining the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick in one revolutionary cooking surface. Black Cube™ Quick Release sears, braises, and browns meat exceptionally well, like a stainless steel pan, and it perfectly sautés, fries, or stir-fries seafood and vegetables. Or make a delicious stew knowing that the heat will be consistent. Designed to offer the best in durability and performance, feel free to use metal utensils! Yes, we mean it. The pan feels good in the hand and it is large enough to hold a lot but not too big to be unwieldy. It features an ergonomic stay-cool handle and a helper handle. After you cooked your delicious meal, clean-up is quick and mess-free – just the way you know it from a nonstick pan. Or simply place it in your dishwasher! This innovative pan is safe to use on any stovetop (including induction) and can even be placed in the oven at up to 500° F. Black Cube™ Quick Release is a 3-ply construction of stainless/aluminum/stainless. There is so much versatility with this pan that the possibilities are endless. Don't forget to get the matching-sized lid, which gives even more cooking options. Make cooking delicious meals easier than ever with this exciting cookware innovation.

I used my brother's Black Cube wok and loved the way the food didn't stick, it cooked evenly, and we could use his metal utensils to stir up the ingredients. I had to get one for myself. I wish it came with a lid and maybe it does now but that feature was not available when I ordered mine. Great addition to my culinary collection.. Catherine. Claremont, CA. Thu Feb 22 2018
