Packaging needs improvement. There’s scratches on some of the fan blades and the glass has scratches on it. The remote is zip tied to the fan, but the installation screws that are also packed side are free to be tossed around in the box. I really do like the overall look of the fan. Feels sturdy, but light enough to make installation easier. I mainly liked this product because of the APP to be able to use the fan. So you don’t necessarily need the remote. I had a fan previously that had a remote and I accidentally washed the remote because it was lost in the sheets when they went into the wash. lol. Really love our new fan! I’ve been eyeing it for months and finally went for it and I’m so glad I did! Easy to install, great additional lighting, and the fan is small but powerful. I really love how unique it is. The fan blade actually comes off super easy for cleaning, there’s a little cap that unscrews and the blade (1 pc) comes off.
