I wanted to give this 5 stars! The oil-rubbed bronze is the PERFECT tone in person (not too brown, more of a softwarm black but distinct from true black when placed next to it). Put the whole thing together myself except I can’t tell if this plastic thing needs to be removed. I don’t think the wires will fit otherwise. The instructions don’t specify and for an electrical noob such as myself it is mildly frustrating to have to wait for my husband to get home to finish the project. White, 9" H x 16" W x 16" D

Well this lamp shade has many problems. It requires assembly. That wouldn't be bad by itself but the clips on the lampshade do not even fully wrap around the lampshade frame. So they don't hold the lampshade and the frame just falls out all of the time. Not sure how this got through quality control honestly. You can't even place it on the lamp base without it all falling apart. Including photos to show how bad the clips are. The sizing of the opening is too large for my lamp but using one adapter in a different way under the frame allowed it sit on the lamp. I used needle nose pliers on the tiny clamps to try to keep the shade on the frame. Lets see if it holds but will likely return.
