It fits great in our townhome balcony! Not too big but enough for 2 or 4 adults depending on what mode it is on. Putting it together was not too hard, the only thing that threw me off for a bit was that the arm rests seemed like they were on the way when changing mode. I love this table. For our home to have a commercial-quality product like this at an affordable price made this a great buy for our family. There were no assembly instructions included but it was intuitive enough for us to figure it out and all the parts were there and undamaged. The table sits level, is sturdy enough for 8 people to sit (though it is a bit tight elbow to elbow for 2 adults to a seat), but it really does fit our needs and our space.
