Really beautiful duvet cover set that I wanted to love. I want to emphasize how lovely the cotton fabric was on this. However it refused to stay attached to my comforter regardless of how tight I tied the knots for anchoring and it ended up getting taken off the bed because it was so frustrating. The comforter looks like the photo. It is very pretty. It is a little thinner than I thought it would be. I did wash it before using, gentle cycle. Some reviews said that it fell apart after washing, it did NOT do that, it was just fine. The material is not soft though. It is a little “crispy” feeling, but that may soften up in time.
