Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. I really like that this coffee maker grinds the beans fresh right before brewing. The coffee tastes great, and the machine was very easy to program. There are a couple of design features I wish were different. You’re supposed to only put in the amount of coffee beans you plan to use that day. It would be much more convenient if you could simply keep the hopper loaded.
