The cons: somewhat challenging to install due to the having reach above the fixture to put in the final screws to hold it up in a narrow space. A longer than average screwdriver with a magnetic tip would help. The final con is that it seems like it will be hard to change the bulbs bc there is a plastic screen on bottom and top.
