This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a purchase from Wayfair. First the item was delivered at the wrong address. Then after reaching out to Wayfair and FedEx, they got it and delivered it the next day. It came in a box that’s opened and the carpet folded like crazy. Then I sent it back and asked for a replacement. The replacement came and was also folded the same way like the first one. And yes it stank. Then they offered a 15 refund to keep it. The abstract gray and dark blue pattern gives the room more cozy feeling without making it look busy. I was scared the colors may be too strong, but in person it balance nice with my desk and chair setup. The rug feel soft under my feet when I sit there all day doing emails and meetings. My rolling chair still moves okay on it too, which surprised me little. Not super thick but enough comfort so the floor don’t feel cold in mornings. I also noticed the faded style helps hide dust and random little mess, very useful because I snack there too much haha.
