For the price, it is perfect for my needs. The assembly was challenging due to the number of pieces that hold it together. The directions had pictures, but some narrative would be helpful. I am no youngster and not the strongest, but I put it together by myself and with rest stops subtracted from the equation, I was able to get it together in about 5 hours. Again, for the price, it was fine. I had ordered Wayfair assembly but due to some hiccups in shipping I could not get that part coordinated. Very nice plant stand for my 3 Season room! Perfect fit in the room corners. Small space on each shelf to hold one or two items. No imperfections found. I was able to put it together by myself. I’m 60, arthritic and have a previous back injury. Slow and steady with breaks got the job done. Don’t over tightened the screws until it is all put together. It took me a long time measuring and looking for the perfect piece to fit a small area of our house without making it look cheap or too much like a dorm. I’m so glad I chose this one! It took me nearly a year and being on an out-of-stock wait-list to find the perfect shelving unit that combined fashion with functionality and here it is, finally! I actually purchased two of these, one for each corner of my dining room. I like the bold black framing, as it ties in my other modern decor while the light colored wood brightens the space highlighting my plants and decorative accents. It was pretty easy to put together aside from the doors on the cabinet (but that could just e because I'm not very good at hanging doors ). The cabinet has enough space to house an air fryer with a little room to spare. It was very important to me that the shelving unit had a bottom cabinet since my kitchen doesn't have the space to hold all my small appliances.
