This is a substantial griddle with a large cooking surface and a sturdy overall design. One of the first things I noticed was how heavy it is, which gives it a solid feel but may make setup difficult for some people. The stainless steel construction looks durable, and the cooking area appears spacious enough to prepare meals for a family or a group. Because of the size and weight, I was not able to fully set it up and use it on my own, but my initial impression is that it is designed for serious outdoor cooking and offers plenty of cooking space..
