This futon looks great and was fairly easy to put together. It’s is extremely heavy so I needed help carrying the pieces from the box to the lower level to built it. I can not figure out how to keep the back straight up - it seems to only have recline options so being up against the wall is what’s holding the back up. Got this a few weeks ago, came in multiple boxes, some pretty heavy. Once inside was easy enough to put together alone with the instructions they provide as everything is numbered. it is firm & as a couch not very deep (I’m 5’4” so works ok for me sitting but wouldn’t recommend it to are taller).
