Beautiful couch. Unfortunately, it appears to be defective or perhaps damaged by the delivery guys because I can’t get it to fold out despite trying every possible angle using all of my strength. There’s also a 4” gap behind the backrest where you can see down into the couch, leaving the frame and mattress visible. I must’ve gotten a lemon. Great construction and really good sofa. Feels very comfortable and the fold out bed is also very sturdy. Only downsides would be that it is a really wide sofa with just 2 seats instead of 3 and the fact that the mattress is a little thin to allow to fit into the enclosure. So much to love about this sofa: sturdy build, nice quality leather throughout, including the sides and back, warm classic color, styling to match just about anything, deep seating and back cushions that stay put with velcro. The back cushions have a nice solid structure, not slouchy like other designs. The edged seams are a nice design element that gives the sofa a more casual and inviting appeal. This sofa checked all the boxes for our rustic vacation rental, but would work well for our mid-century styled home as well. The sofa was flawless out of the box. Highly recommend!. Diane. WI.
