I would give it 4.5 stars. The quality seems to be amazing. Delivery was fantastic. The colors, while beautiful, are not like the pic and Im a little bummed. Id say the base color is more brown beige than taupe. And the flowers in the pictures online looked maybe to have a blue or green tint and they are just shades of beige and gray and its not as defined or vibrant in person. Beautiful rug. Long soft shag. I have an 12 inch Ultra Plush rug pad underneath and no movement whatsoever of the rug. Super squishy under foot.
