The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. Wow! The quality of this sofa was much better than I expected. The fabric is very soft and luxurious. Very easy to clean and sturdy to last a long time. It’s firm enough so the sofa will definitely keep its shape especially if you’re planning to sleep on it. However it’s very comfortable to sit and sleep on. I tried it myself! It turns into a mattress very easily. You just lift the cushion, it’s one piece although it looks like two, all the way up until you hear a click and the back rest stays down. I got this for my guest room as an extra place to sleep! Sofa came in assembled. You just put the arms and legs which was easy to do.
