This sofa is so beautiful. I couldnt be happier with my decision choosing this one. The cushions are a little on the firm side and thats how I like them. The back cushions are attached and they have zippers on the bottom, so you can add filling later if needed. The bottom cushions are firm, reversible and zippered. The seat is 20 from floor to top of seat. The pullout bed works very easily. It has a 5 mattress which really is not that bad at all as far as comfort. The toss pillows are very pretty and add a nice touch. I also want to add that this is a queen sleeper with three seat cushions. The sofa is 81 long. The color I choose is Jitterbug denim and it is perfect with the blues and grays of the area rug and chairs in my room, ( which I also purchased from Wayfair ). Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. Got this a few weeks ago, came in multiple boxes, some pretty heavy. Once inside was easy enough to put together alone with the instructions they provide as everything is numbered. it is firm & as a couch not very deep (I’m 5’4” so works ok for me sitting but wouldn’t recommend it to are taller). Packed and shipped nicely. Arrived quickly. This thing was a pain in the butt to assemble, mainly because there are too many tight spots to get to in order to tighten screws - nearly impossible, takes little hands or an extended drill bit. Cushions are a lot thinner than pictured, Im a little disappointed. The fabric is exactly what I wanted, a dark, soft gray. Ordered a nice “ performance velvet” fabric in “Bella Toast”- a good neutral. Was delivered with legs on. 2 legs had small pads on them, which I did not expect.
