I looked through tons a coffee tables and this was so beautiful I took a chance on it and am so glad I did! Needed something durable, easy to clean, that was beautiful but would match a vintage house so nothing too modern. It's as beautiful as the photos. I assembled myself no issues. Takes a little extra effort because it has a 2nd layer shelf in it but still only took about 25 mins. The wood grain design on top is great as it won't show signs of scratches or wear. This table is wonderful. It does not look cheap or prefab, easy to put together, light yet sturdy, and I love the colors. I got the pecan, which looks much darker than it does in the photos. I knew this from reviews so was happy when I received it. As also reviewed and in the product description, the top is indeed an off white, like an eggshell color. This works well as the contrast is less stark and medical-looking than if it was pure white. My only criticism, also echoed in reviews, is the top is easy to both mark up and dent. I’ve only had it a few weeks and already has both and I haven’t exactly been abusing it, and I live alone. The marks are quite minimal so I don’t mind but I do wish it were a little more resilient. The table itself is nice. It’s functional and the hidden storage underneath the table is a plus. The extendable table is a bonus for me. My issues are to extend the table takes a little more force than I expected. A few pieces came with paint either chipped off or not fully painted. Some of the pieces looked a little used.
