Absolutely love this lamp design. Unfortunately, I've ordered this item and replacements several times and it is a hit or miss of if I'm going to get a fair product for the price or not. For an originally $350 listed lamp, you'd expect better quality and packaging. Out of 8 lamps (ordered or replacements), only one didn't have a scratched up front or chunks missing from the transparent piece. Even replacements were damaged. An unfortunate oversight on the manufacturer's end.
