I bought this sideboard for one end of my dining room, centered under the window, and the bright red persimmon body with the honey oak top is gorgeous. There are no shelves inside the body of the cabinet, but you can purchase display shelves that fit perfectly behind the glass front doors. This cabinet is solid wood, absolutely gorgeous, and comes completely assembled, but YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR CABINET FOR DAMAGE BEFORE THE DELIVERY TEAM LEAVES YOUR HOME, or you will be stuck with the damaged item for months while it’s being replaced. This was not Wayfair’s fault, but it was with the “white glove” delivery service that attempted to distract me while they dropped off a damaged piece of furniture!. Mark. North Las Vegas, NV.
