Machine seems pretty solid and does deliver on paper thin cuts of serrano ham. The bad: Packaging is poor - everything is just stuffed into a box and left to dangle freely inside it. Combined with fedex delivery the oiling bottle did not survive the trip it got crushed from round to eliptical. The manual in "English" is a complete joke. There are english words indeed but what do they mean as whole is difficult to comprehand. It reads as an encrypted communication left for the customer to decipher if they can...
