I did not think it was comfortable at first, but after a few days and dialing in all the settings with the headrest, lumbar etc;... it is very comfortable now. 5 of the seats recline. Two complaints. One of the switches is backwards or reverse than the rest of the recliners and the seats that recline in the middle, it's pretty difficult to get your hand in there to control it. Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. We were definitely nervous buying a couch online without trying it out. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this couch. The upholstery material is soft to the touch but the cushions are firm which I think is better in the long run. We have a smaller space and this was one of the few couches we could find that have 4 recliners. You are able to push the recliners pretty much fully against the wall and still have it recline most of the way, but keep in mind that it does not recline fully flat so it isn't comfortable to sleep on.. The sectional sofa looks bigger and have a better texture in real life than it does in the pictures, and you will be amazed by it when you get close to it in person.

The couch itself is wonderful. It is huge so make sure to measure the space. The nice thing is that any piece could be removed if needed and all of the pieces can be rearranged. Getting each piece electrical to connect to the next one was a time consuming challenge I didn’t expect. I didn’t expect to have to do this with ‘full service’. The delivery company assigned to my area (NE Iowa) is AWFUL. After being rescheduled 4x, we FINALLY received it, only to have the delivery men just unload the boxes into our garage. This couch is pretty great! It comes in 7 boxes which are all pretty heavy - one was 116lbs. Assembly was easy - definitely listen to the instructions when they say to put the back cushions on first. I immediately noticed that many of the cushion covers were stained either with black marks or makeup - the worst one is pictured. The manufacturer was very quick ant responding to the issue and is going to send replacement covers. The bottom cushions are firm, but the back cushions are slightly softer. Given the light color, the couch is already showing dirty spots which I knew that would happen. This is probably my most favorite purchase. It definitely fills up my 24’ wide living room and that is exactly what I was looking for. I had been searching for a year for a sofa easy to stand from with a 20 height and this one is perfect. This took absolutely no time to put together by myself and less than 45 minutes. I love this sectional! I'm not sure I should have gone with the cream color with dogs and grandkids but we can all sit together for conversations, movies and games. It's comfortable and ha three recliners. It also has a cup holder and wireless charger plus two plug in outlets for devices. It's a great size and can be configured however it works for you.
