I’m extremely happy with this ceramic frying pan purchase. It’s safe for metal spatulas and spoons and it is absolutely nonstick, which I love because you don’t even have to use oil when cooking certain things. It’s not extremely large, but it’s got a tall rim so you can cook things in it and then when you bake it’s a deeper pan. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Great pots and pans for the price never know what to buy anymore but this set I have purchased several times, they last several years with 4 hungry boys that torture them, dropping them using metal utensils cutting steaks in the pan with a sharp knife and the pans still keep on cooking….end of buying new set every 3-4 years not from the pans failure but from the kids torturing them and even then it’s just a skillet or 2 not the whole set… now we have lots of great pans…use them every day!!!.
