I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. The upper arm doesn’t screw tightly at first, but I realized it’s actually designed to remain loose. Once I understood that, it worked perfectly. I did try to call the “24/7” hotline about the loose upper arm, but both phone numbers were inactive.
