I haven’t put it up yet but I’m happy with the color of the chain…that was something I couldn’t really tell in the picture. The color of the chain leans towards a gold which is what I prefer ….I guess my idea of what brass looks like is darker but I’m happy with the color of the chain. However, the sconces in the picture is not what I got… all three are white kind of a frosted look. They are beautiful and I’m thinking I’m okay with it because it will hang over my island and my cabinets in the kitchen are black and the backsplash is a milky white so it won’t compete since the granite on the island has a lot of gold in it already….hardware will be gold on the cabinets and the faucet will be gold.. The light is gorgeous. Took a star off for terrible directions- very hard to follow and the wires are not labeled which made the installation much harder than it needed to be. The mounting screws are terrible. It also did not mention this light needs a B14 bulb which is not available at big box stores and needed to be ordered.
