Ordered four locker units and all four arrived damaged. The boxes were beat up with corners busted open, and once opened, many of the metal pieces inside were loose and not properly packaged to begin with. This led to extensive scratching across the lockers, along with several noticeable dents, likely from shipping. The lockers themselves could have been great, but the packaging and handling completely missed the mark. I was offered a 20% refund, which doesn’t feel appropriate given the condition of all four units. Attached is a few of the 30+ photos I took to cover all the damage across the four units. File cabinet is a nice piece of furniture but it was a beast to assemble. It took me six hours to assemble it; two of the six hours could have been avoided if I have secured the cabinet to the wall. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall.
