I like the chair a lot. It was very easy to put together and is comfortable. I only gave it 4 starts because it had three scratches on the brown upholstery straight out of the box. I think I can make the scratches less noticeable with some leather conditioner- I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and like it well enough to keep it.
