Looks just like the images online. Came with 2 wall plates, but only 1 screw (I assume this was just an error in packaging). It’s nice because the measurements are bigger than a normal cover and my wall had damage that I was trying to cover. It’s real wood too, which is perfect. I like the detail and brassy tone of these plates. There are manufacturing imperfections like little air bubbles in the finish and small scratches in some of the plates, big enough to see but not enough to return, so you need to have a small window of tolerance for that..
