We love the elegant scrollwork on the slightly arched back and the slatted seat that doesn’t allow rainwater to pool, so it is quick to dry. This bench accommodates two comfortably and has a weight capacity of 450 lbs. Plus, it is suitable for any scene, such as a patio, porch, garden, etc.

This double polystyrene outdoor bench allows you to enjoy quiet moments on your porch or admire the sunset over the park. I initially gave it 5 stars, but after sitying on it a bit I docked a star. Nicely made, sturdy, and attractive. However, the design could use some improvement. The back doesn't slant back quite enough and the seat doesn't have the slight backward slant that most chairs have. The front of the seat is the same height as the back, and the middle has a slight scoop that makes it look like it would be comfortable, but the overall feel is more like a church pew. I'm thinking about taking about 1 1/2 to two inches off of the back legs. But then of course I'd have to slightly cut angles into the bottom of all the legs as well, so this would be a project that will mean disassembling the bench and will take a lot of figuring, measuring, and care. I really don't need another project this summer and had hoped to relax on my bench with my morning coffee. That said, this bench could be a good choice for a public space to provide a temporary rest spot. It's heavy, sturdy, and weather proof, and attractive enough for indoors.. Carol. Fort Campbell, KY. The Painted Sky 2-tone tube steel benches represent our budget-friendly line of maintenance-free seating. They feature a 2-tone color scheme of the brown seat and backrest frame combined with our traditional bronze side frames and art castings. This recreates the look of the traditional wood slat garden bench without maintenance. These benches have threaded inserts in both the backrest and seat. This means that they assemble with only 8 bolts. No washers, nuts, or caps. This is the cleanest looking and easiest to assemble bench you can find.

This park bench has a beautiful design and the material (steel) from which it is constructed is strong and durable. One of it's greatest features is the ease with which it is assembled. There are only 4 pieces -- the 2 side frames, the seat, and the back rest -- and 8 simple bolts that are screwed into place with a hex-head wrench that is included.
