Like so many families, Thanksgiving is a really special day for ours. With countless busy days during the year, we look forward to gathering in one home and unplugging from the rest of the world to reconnect with each other.
Of all the traditions I hold dear to my heart, one of my favorites is the Thanksgiving tablescape. Each year, my aunt sets a beautiful table, incorporating natural elements like fragrant pine and festive cranberries. Lately, I’m particularly smitten with tartan tablecloths.

Finally, a spread of festive to-go containers makes leftovers into a sweet favor. I always look forward to a second visit to the turkey and pie—especially when dressing it up in a pretty container to take home! Kraft paper, holiday tins, or boxes and bakers twine are my favorites. Adding a make-your-own label station is another fun addition!
I love hearing from other families on the topic of entertaining. Will you share your favorite Thanksgiving tradition?
