This chandelier is beautiful and truly makes my space look better. But if you are trying to be a better person and quit cussing, or unless you have a mechanical engineering degree or are an electrician with extra time on your hands, do not buy this chandelier. The FULL assembly needed was over the top difficult. Fortunately, my husband has built classic cars and worked with electrical wiring, so we were able to assemble it in a matter of 4 to 5 hours together. The instructions were not complete for all of the stages of assembly. But in the end, we are enjoying it. You should also know that the base of the bulbs is a European size, and no home improvement stores or hardware stores here carry replacement bulbs. Really beautiful, but prepare yourself honestly for some work. This chandelier is definitely a statement piece, but took over two hours for assembly. Each one of the ginkgo flowers needs to be attached and screwed on with a small set screw. It takes a lot of patience, but if you have it, it’s worth it. The end result is really spectacular. The company was great to work with as well. Some of the flowers came broken and they sent replacements right away. Very nice chandelier. My Electrician said it was easy to hang. Putting the crystals on is time-consuming, however, placing them is very simple. If I could change anything about it, it would be that the light reaches further down. The bulbs are at the top so the light is bright at the top with little illumination towards the bottom.. Shantal.
