You get what you pay for. It’s obviously cheap and a couple bumps putting it together. Took my husband I about 2 hours. Only had to undo and redo one part because we weren’t paying close enough attention. Cracked one molding from hammering a peg in. That was a bummer. In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. Easy to assemble and a good value for the price. The quality isn’t super high end and it doesn’t really look like real wood, but it works well for what we needed. The teen wanted this in her bedroom. So. Many. Screws! So many sizes. Some use an Allen wrench. Some a screw driver (that is included!) It took way longer than I anticipated but we did it. Did not get the lights with the clamps installed (were there pre drilled holes because I didn’t find any) so the sticky back is not enough to keep them up. I’ll have to think of something.
