I ordered this bedside table to actually use for my 5 gallon aquarium. I really loved the high-end look. I loved that the top was a marble or stone so that if water spilled, it would not stain or damage. It was very difficult to put together and I put together quite a bit of flat pack furniture. I ended up using wood glue on some of the wobbly parts and now I am very satisfied with the way it turned out. It did take me two days to put together, but now I’m almost wondering, based on the other reviews, if I received a dud. The wood is beautiful, but it is soft. My furniture arrived with one scratch and too small dents. I have taken pictures of them and posted in my review. I should have read the specs better because it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. It’s quite short, and the marble is obviously not real - but I didn’t expect it to be like the fake wood with the print or contact paper like on top. Either way it looks good, realistic. My husband insisted it didn’t match our other furniture so i attempted to stain it which is why it looks so different.
