Great, sturdy mailbox. Looks fantastic. We now have by far the nicest mailbox on the street. It is pretty heavy (about 25lbs I believe) so make sure your post can handle it. Not a fan of the wood block for mounting. It will eventually rot. Would have liked to see a pvc product or similar. For extra stability, I drove 3 rebar stakes into the ground, poured a bit of concrete over them, then placed the post snuggly over the stakes and added the remaining concrete.
