These are great non-stick pans. Have a larger set of these in our travel trailer. We don’t use have of what came with that set. Purchased this smaller set with the basics for our FL house. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
