Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. Subject: Issues with Assembly Quality – Order # 3607414352 Re: order # 3607414352 To whom it may concern, I’m reaching out regarding my purchase of the 8‑person outdoor pub set with seat cushions and the large center lazy Susan. It is the 10 piece high outdoor pub set that cost me in total, $2,649.99. There was a delivery delay because it was delivered mid-June, and it was supposed to arrive sometime between May 4th – 8th . Once it finally arrived, I had to hire someone to assemble it. The assembly that was agreed on with the hired hand was originally supposed to cost us $200, but ended up costing $500.00, due to significant manufacturing defects. Many of the pre‑drilled holes did not line up with the components they were intended for, and the assembler had to drill new holes in multiple areas just to complete the job. The table alone took over three hours because of these issues, and the chairs required additional corrective work as well. The lazy Susan for the center of the table is discolored in spots, I have attached 3 pictures to this email of the lazy Susan. The set is now assembled and looks great, but the amount of extra labor required was far beyond what should be expected for a brand‑new product at this price point. These defects clearly originated from the manufacturing process, not from assembly error. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the product did not meet reasonable quality standards, and the additional cost and difficulty were unexpected and unnecessary. I would appreciate your review of this matter and any consideration you can offer regarding the inconvenience and extra expense we endured caused by the manufacturing defects. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue with this table was that the holes weren’t lined up very well but it was pretty easy to use a drill and make them a little bigger. Once it was put together we are very happy with it. We put this on our extended patio to have for when we host football parties or crawfish boils and other events. It serves a great purpose to go with two high top barstools we were gifted. Doesn’t take up much space but it adds seating and is versatile!
