Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The high walls of the baking sheet wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices and liquids in place when roasting. The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. Very thick! Well made it looks like but i havent gotten a chance to use it yet. The 2 smaller ones has a little bit of a yellow hue, not sure if this is normal but its not a stain.
