This collection was Alessi's only model of cutlery. Despite the grim prospects forwarded by those in the sector, the collection proves that its innovative shape and resolute style, along with extreme manageability and an excellent finish, can weather the storm. “Pepa” Hors-D'oeuvre dish in 18/10 stainless steel, designed by the Catalan architect Lluís Clotet. The name of the Hors-D'hoeuvre dish is a homage to the characters from the novels of the poet Foix, who in turn lends his name to the pioneering tray from this collection.

The Arran tray is part of a group of objects that were originally designed between 1957 and 1970 for Danese of Milan. They were reissued by Alessi in 1997, as some of the finest examples of an especially productive era in Italian design.

Round tray in 18/10 stainless steel mirror polished. A sheet of steel becomes form and decoration: Joy, like a jewel, a pleasure. A new model has been introduced into the tray designed by Claudia Raimondo. The tray features an intriguing play of reflections that characterizes these objects, which originated from the union between Claudia Raimondo's research and Alessi's focus on the "skin of the object." The experience gained in the manufacturing of steel surfaces, even the most complex, has made it possible to create interesting projects and to consolidate a technologically sophisticated manufacturing process. It is a round tray with embossed sides and an uneven, jagged rim. The irregular texture embellishes the object and is reminiscent of the surfaces crafted by master silversmiths. The tray was created through the cold molding of a steel plate. The facets that create the particular texture of the object are proportionally sized to the generous surface of the tray.

The pepper castor has been in the Alessi catalog since 1978 and belongs to the historical production. Ettore Sottsass, internationally recognized as one of the initiators of the revolution in design has conceived this salt castor that has become a classic, a true archetype of the restaurant industry and private service, an "essential" object, with its proportions, lightness, and function.
