Unit was just put in and is working very well. I have it on high and it is still very quiet. Went with this larger BTU due to the size of my sunroom and due to the Florida Sun beating the daylights out of it. It is holding the temp at a comfortable level at nearly 100 degrees outside. 4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer.
