This bag is well made. It has a sturdy canvas material with a strong handle that is very comfortable to hold. The inside of the bag has a thick nylon liner which helps insulate food and drinks. I've used it to pack my grocery items & I was surprised how well it kept everything cold. It holds a LOT of items; I packed in a large family size pack of chicken thighs, 4-pk of yogurt cups, cheese, lunch meat, and 48 oz. ice cream carton + more. Closing the zipper helps keep items cold, a big plus during this hot summer. I love this bag and it's perfect for carrying picnic items or food for a camping trip. There's a handy side pocket to store cash, a credit card, or phone. When I first looked at this bag, it seemed like it might be bigger than I need but now I'm glad I got it.
