45-degree arm rotation and a 90-degree head rotation

When I opened my shipment, it was immediately apparent that the lamp was missing a critical linkage pin holding up the lamp head to the lamp arm. Because this part was missing, the head of the lamp was unsupported and flopped down rendering the lamp useless. To their credit, WAYFAIR made it right. Problems happen. FYI, this is located on the cord 13 from the base and may be problematic if you are tight on space and placing lamp in a corner. The lamp feels substantial and went together well after finagling the threads on the handle.
