The reason i didn’t give it five stars is the finish on the hooks the ends are rough and do not have the color of the pole. The pole is made of four separate pieces and they have very different shades of brown, but even with that, they have a nice finish. There are no directions in the box. We used Google Translate for the Chinese text on the stickers. There is an image on the Wayfair site that numbers the cross “sticks” and explains to build from the bottom up. Once you have put it together, go back and add the glue. For the price, it is a great coat rack, BUT one of the legs is slightly off balance and we have tried a million things to make it flush with the ground. It is very very slight, and probably off by just a few milliliters.
