It's a good size for a child or small adult, but not for a normal size adult or larger adult. I ended up buying an extra large bean bag to get the size necessary for me. I'm 5'09" and weigh around 190. Hope this is helpful information for anyone considering this size bean bag. When I received the chair, I was really dissapointed because it was much smaller than I had anticipated, and as a result, I can't use it. I will keep it around for my child.
